Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions, which will be refunded within 7 working days.

Indian donors providing valid PAN will receive an 80G tax receipt within 14 days of donation.

All donations are deployed strictly for charitable purposes per our registered objectives. Annual audited reports are publicly available.
5. Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Arunodaya Trust and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
